Founded in 2020 in a time when travel and gathering were forbidden, Elsewhere is an invitation to feel transported, to daydream, to reminisce. From familiar quadrants of cities to unknown stretches of our universe, each scent was crafted to evoke not only a place, but the intimate textures and memories that define it. We view fragrance as a feeling in and of itself, and believe that each of our candles will conjure a different story for each person, every time it’s burned.

Our Brand Story
Created by Ethan Gaskill, Elsewhere combines thoughtful product development and elevated narratives in fragrances that serve as emotional landscapes, and ultimately, experiences. A natural visual storyteller with roots in filmmaking and photography, Ethan designed each fragrance with an eye for imagery and feelings they evoke, including notes as elemental and specific as the air of hairspray on a New York City street. Produced with premium ingredients and hand poured in Los Angeles, Elsewhere offers a new take on luxury and leisure that is equal parts everyday and indulgent.
